| Let us all stop voting for TDP and Congress Parties in Andhra Pradesh and see how long the parties can survive without having represenation from common man. It seems the State politics revolves around these two castes which comprise of less than 10 % of the total Andhra Pradesh population, while people of other communities have to be content with watching these two communities bagging big posts, leaving nominal ones to other sections.
Telugu Desam senior leader Tammineni Sitaram released the list that only Reddys were being considered for top nominated posts while people from other castes and groups were neglected. The TDPs Reddy list goes like this: The chief minister is a Reddy. The chief whip is a Reddy. The Speaker is a Reddy. State Human Rights Commission chairman is a Reddy. The Lok Ayukta is a Reddy. The Administrative Tribunal chairman is a Reddy. The Andhra Pradesh State Public Service Commission chairman is a Reddy. Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education chairman is also a Reddy. The list runs into four pages and to publish the long list is quite difficult for the media. So far so good.
The two media barons are Kammas. The TD chief is a Kamma. The Lok Satta leader is a Kamma. The CPI leader is a Kamma. The CPM leader is a Kamma. It seems the State politics revolves around these two castes while people of other communities have to be content with watching these two communities bagging big posts, leaving nominal ones to other sections. |

What is the point in criticizing the Kamma and Reddy communities when the problem lies actually with BCs/SC/ST. There is a drastic community based attitudinal problem. "WHATEVER PROBLEMS WE HAVE INTERNALLY, LETS SUPPORT OUR COMMUNITY FELLOW AND ENSURE THAT THEY WIN" is the attitude of Kamma and Reddy Communities. "WHATEVER MAY HAPPEN, OUR PERSON SHOULD NOT GROW BEYOND US" is the attitude displayed by others. So, instead of criticizing them, people should take the lessons such as "Team Work and Supporting despite differences" etc. OTHER COMMUNITIES HAVE DEMOCRATIC POWERS TO TAKE THEMSELVES UP IN SOCIAL HIERARCHY. Thappu vaalla daggara pettukuni baagupadatam cheta kaaka, vere vaallani aadiposukovadam deniki. Evadu leader ni pettukovaddu annaaru..evaru ennukuni raajyaani eladdannaaru? Constitution cheppinda??? Cheta kaani vedhavalu BC/SC/ST leaders. Veellu nothing but Bakras. Gorre kasaayodini namminattu Kammas ni Reddys ni nammutoone vuntaaru. |
